Thank you for your referrals. We truly appreciate and value the trust and confidence you have placed in our office. We will make every effort to see your patients in a timely and caring manner. You can instruct them to visit our web site for more information on scheduling, procedures, and to download their registration and health history forms. This will save time at their initial consultation.
We will make every effort to appoint emergency cases on the same day that you call. In the rare instance that we cannot, a pain management protocol can be initiated utilizing antibiotics and/or pain medications until they can be worked in for evaluation or treatment. Please inform your patients that usually a consultation is required pre-operatively to ensure a safe and uneventful anesthetic and or procedure or even to obtain insurance pre-authorization.
